The Anchor Fish & Chips

This is going to be a little odd coming from someone who does not like seafood almost at all. This was the best fish n chips that I have ever had. I would say it might have even been my favorite meal while in Minnesota. This huge flaky piece of cod fish is bathed in beef lard! (PS. the server was hesitant to tell me this.) Boy can you taste the difference with how much richer it is. Not only do they have an authentic Irish vibe at their restaurant, they also serve Guinness and Kilkenny beer! You must try this place out while in Minnesota!
